Yarn Tension Meters

Apex Enterprises offers yarn tension meters. Wherever yarns and threads are subjected to load during processing, they being very sensitive to tension, should be checked by means of yarn tension meter. This checking should be done during spinning and winding followed again during warping, particularly when high speed warping equipments are used and during Weft winding. On the latter especially, repeated checks of the yarn tensions should be 1/9th of the deniers, ie, for 100 deniers, approximately 11 grammes. Hiroshima instruments are very sensitive, give reproducible and stable reading, if the measuring conditions are repeated. The company manufactures this instrument in the following ranges: 2-25 g, 5-50 g, 10-100 g, 20-200 g, and 30-300 g.
