Warping & Beaming Machine

Jiangyin No 4 Textile Machinery Manufacturing Co Ltd, which is represented in India by EAT India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai offers SHGA215, which is an electronic-controlled sectional warping and beaming machine. This machine is suitable for warping all types of yarns including worsted wool yarn, high twisted filaments, silk yarn, providing high quality beams for water-jet, air-jet, rapier and projectile weaving machine. The traverse of warping operation panel is accurately controlled by servomotor. The starting point of stripe is positioned by pressing a button. The forward and back movement of warping operation panel is accurately controlled by a stepper motor, so that the distance between space reed and yarn on drum is constant. The machine is driven by AC motor with a frequency converter, so that warping and beaming speed is constant.

The machine is braked by an electro-mechanical-hydro pneumatic device (a factory patent) during warping. The external steel strip damping is adopted, which eliminates the noise and uneven tension problem occurred in the traditional clamping type damping. The optional automatic power control system can be equipped according to the requirements. By mean of microcomputer and PLC, the measuring and stop motion, warp stop motion and broken-end memory function operate reliably. The man-machine interface is large screen TSS (touching sensor screen) that offers a clear picture, stores much information and operates easily. The warping frame is moved by means of servomotor, and creel is fixed so that position of warping strip is unchanged during warping and beaming. The drum is made of strengthened light material and its taper is constant.

There are two types of beaming unit that can be selected by user. A movable beaming unit several warping units, waxing device and pressing roller of weaver’s beam in provided structure of fixed beaming is simple for operation. There are several types of creel for user choice. The spindle pitch and spindle number can be changed to suit customer’s requirement. Three-disc or two disc tension device and automatic compensation tension devices with oil damping or magnetic damping can be chosen. Warp stop motion and static eliminator is optional.
