Vacuum Finishing Table

Fabcare is India’s largest manufacturer of industrial washing, laundry and finishing systems. The company offers a vacuum finishing table. This is a knit goods press/upsteam table with soft fabric head frame. For long life all parts contacted by steam are made of stainless steel/nonferrous metal to ensure least corrosion and also prevents back staining on garments. On entire surface the distribution of steam and suction is even and complete. To ensure a quality finishing on the garments the system is even and complete. To ensure a quality finishing on the garments the system is provided with a programmable, control options, for independent programmable timing for steaming/vacuum, and optional-for easy front pressing (the system can also be filled with a top heat proof fabric on frame). Basic specifications: Model – FKGP; table size – 1840 x 920 mm; electric connection – 0.75 HP; steam consumption – 15.30 kg/hr; net weight – 575 kg; and overall dimensions (L x W x H) – 2000 x 1150 x 950 mm. Standard machines operate on 415 + 10% V, 3-phase, 50 Hz AC electric supply (special voltage on request). Machines are also made to order as per customers’ requirements and specifications.
