ACE Aircon Pvt Ltd covers the entire project lifecycle requirement of a centralised air flow system, centralised humidification system and a waste collection system in any textile project. The highly efficient humidification system provided by the company comprises of high quality and robust components including dampers, louvers, eliminator, centrifugal spot humidifier, axial flow fan and air outlets such as spot diffusers. Air is passed through a fine and uniformly distributed spray of water to cleanse, cool and humidify the passing air. A masonry chamber encloses air inlet louvers, high pressure spray nozzle system and droplet eliminators section. This assembly is mounted on an RCC tank, which acts as a reservoir to hold and supply water through an air washer spray pump.
Waste collection systems provided by the company in collaboration with technology partners are highly efficient and powered using centralised electronic control. It is equipped with Programmable Logic Controllers, starters, pressure/electrical interlocks and necessary hooter arrangements. The waste that is collected from various suction points is fed into filtration systems, which help in separating the waste from the air. The residual air from the filters is cleaned using rotary filters and the fibre thus collected through primary & secondary filters is handled separately through ventilators and compactors, making the entire environment clean. The secondary filter comes fitted with different types of filter media to suit the type of dust and fibre waste.
Currently, the systems deployed by the company are running efficiently covering ring frame, carding, rotor spinning, post spinning and weaving sections of the textile plants.
