Sampat Heavy Engineering offers Stranding machines. It is pintle type. It is available in two models: Supersonic and Sampat 05. Specifications (Model Supersonic): number of strands - 12+18+24(61); size of wire - 1.5 to 5.32 mm; type - Pintle type; material of wire - aluminium/ copper aluminium alloy; speed of machine - 6 bobbin cage 229 rpm, 12 bobbin cage 148 rpm, 18 bobbin cage 116 rpm, and 24 bobbin cage 100 rpm; bobbin size - flange dia 500 mm, traverse 250 mm, bore dia 50 mm, barrel dia 140 mm, capacity of bobbin 70/ 80 kg of aluminimum wire; brake (dual on each cage) - pneumatic; main drive - 75 HP; Take up - 3 HP; and Haul off unit - 1500 mm. Product range includes: Line wire drawing machines, bull block wire drawing machines, high speed tubular stranding machine, multi-wire stranding machine, armouring machine, aluminium alloy rod rolling mill, laying up machine, pay off strand and fine wire drawing machine, conforming to global standards.
