Spindles & lubricating machine

Parmar Industries, Wadhwan City, Gujarat offers spindles of the new sandwich design. As continuous change in technology, now Parmar has started supplying spindle in sandwich design, in which, the spindle shaft is mounted (press fitted) with aluminum first. Then the aluminum shape is given as per customer’s requirement. Again the spindle wharve is mounted (press fitted) with aluminum for lower side. Due to this assembly process, the stiffness of spindle top part is highly increased compared to conventional design.

In conventional assembly method, first the wharve is mounted with spindle shaft. Then again the aluminum is mounted with remaining spindle shaft above the wharve. Hence here are two separate mounds of aluminum and wharve on to the spindle shaft, which in result have less stiffness against bending of the spindle top part.

Three main functions are:
Suction of used spindle oil from the bolster; Flushing inside walls and bearings of the bolster; Topping of the bolster with required amount of fresh oil; Cleans and lubricates spindle bolster quickly and simply.

Advantages
Due to perfect suction, no trace of dirty oil is left in the bolster; Thorough cleaning is done; Due to auto-levelling system only required amount of oil is filled in the bolster and additional oil is sucked automatically. Hence there is no overflow of oil which otherwise would damage spindle tapes; Operator can very well ascertain that the bolsters are cleaned by observing the colour of oil through the transparent PU tube fitted to the flushing gun; Oil after flushing is sucked from the bolster and filtered through the micro-filter and then re-circulated for flushing and cleaning other bolster; Consumption of oil is thus minimised; Due to correct cleaning and topping of bolster, lubricating frequency of the frame can be reduced; Regular flushing and refilling at recommended intervals will greatly enhance the life of the bolster and spindles.
