Singeing Machine

Textherm offers the latest Carbomatic singeing machine from Carbomatic SA of Belgium, available in two different versions. The direct flame burner Model FS with a special provision to adjust the burner in three different positions such as radial, tangential and through the fabric, allows flexibility to process all textile fabrics. The cast iron body of the burner with special SS flame generator assures consistent high temperature flame of 1,300?C throughout the life of the machine and eliminates the replacement of the costly ceramics as in case of conventional machines. The indirect flame burner Model MF is suitable for natural fibres like wool, linen, cotton. This treatment is soft but efficient and long lasting. The different combinations of machine speed, flame intensity, distance between flame and fabric, and burner position makes the machine more versatile. 'Me Carbomatic system meets the strongest European Safety Standards. The machine is also equipped with the latest Carbo Control system to regulate the energy of burners throughout the width at any working speed. This system assures the reproduceable results for different qualities of fabric. All singeing rollers and cooling rollers are equipped with thermostatic temperature controls of the cooling water. Prebrushing unit equipped with individual suction at each brush provides excellent dust cleaning of fabrics. A special beating unit with individual suctions is provided after the singeing to remove the burnt particles. The machine can be provided with optional items like cooling device, desizing tank of different cloth capacity with squeezer, plaiter or large batch winder as per individual needs.
