Rotating Unions For Use In Textile Industry

Deubtin of USA manufactures rotating unions for use in textile industry. They are used to supply water, steam and hot oil for applications such as steam heating of drying cylinders and cans, in slashers and warp sizing machines, water cooling of rolls in singeing machines and so on. To monitor the roll temperature, unions introduce a temperature probe on the front side of cans of gray mills. For different processes such as washing, starching and printing, the cloth goes through a wet process followed by a drying process where unions are utilised.
