AKSHAYA Instruments, Mumbai offers RLC-I unit, which is a control system specially designed for full control of rapier loom machine including colour selector. It supports advance control and fault detection mechanism together with user-friendly interface for flexible and easy operation. Various fault detection supported by unit includes warp and weft error as well. For pattern generation, the unit provides control for 8 colour selector outputs, which can be extended to 32 using external hardware. With the help of USB compatible dongle and specialised computer application, user can transfer the colour selector pattern to and fro between units and excel sheet on computer. The unit also features length counting, programmable length stop facility and stop indications. A model without colour selector is also available.
