Precision Cone Winder For Processing Yarns

The PS - Precision Cone Winder PF 2000 has been designed for processing fully and semi-synthetic monofilament and multifilament yarns as well as textured or crimped yarns. Different yarn crossing ratios between 1:5 and 1:12.5 ensure perfect yarn density. This gives a package build which is optionally adjustable for the yarn to be wound. It ensures the kindly treatment of the yarn during its traverse and good unwinding properties during subsequent processes. Additions and changes can be made without difficulty even to existing machines. This makes it possible to adapt the PF 2000 to prevailing market conditions and to individual works requirements. Cylindrical as well as conical tubes may be used; pineapple cones or straight face ends are possible on both types of tube; lengths of traverse are 200 and 250 mm (approx 7-3/4"and 9-3/ 4"); maximum package diameter is 230 mm (approx 9-1/16"); versatile unwinding alternatives are offered. Great package weight, fast winding speeds and modest operator requirements ensure maximum economy per sq ft. In addition, there are the advantages of convenient operation, little wear, and minimum maintenance.
