Lace machine

Cut "N" Seal lace machine is similar to the conventional sewing machines but with the feature of bonding fabric ultrasonically. In addition to the sewing function, it trims the fabric, while easy changeover of pattern wheels on the other hand constitute to a wide range of stitch patterns. It performs all the function in one pass thereby saving time, labour and material costs, suitable for 60% synthetic fabric, polyester, nylon, tetoron, TC, sponge, non-woven fabric, plastic film, etc. Features: interchangeable roller patterns for cut, seal, slit, emboss, tack, stitch, hole, color; accurate and durable alloy rollers of imported material manufactured on CNC machine; increases production to almost 4 times compared to the conventional sewing machines (30 m/min) without dissipated edge, wrinkle and shrinkage; independent speed controller for roller and horn; BOPP and paper roller frames attached alongwith pulley roller near to design roller; eliminates the problems of needles, threads and bobbins of the conventional sewing machines; can print colour on the lace with coloured paper; and no smoke, spark and danger. Applications: dresses, lingerie, bathing suits, pillows, tablecloths, shower shades; surgical disposables - masks, gloves; embossing of apparel, tents; laces from ribbons, flowers, butterflies, hearts, different types of applets; scarves, saree borders, quilts, etc. Specifications: Models 1 to 2 kW, 20/40 kHz frequency; welding speed up to 30 m/min; width 1 to 250 mm; thickness of material 0.03 to 3.00 mm with different design rollers; two separate motors with speed controller for horn and design rollers; operated on 1-phase, 220 V, 50 Hz supply; and pneumatically operated roller with pressure regulator.
