HTHP Infrared Dyeing Machine

R G Electronics Inc is a manufacturer of a range of machines for the textile industry. This includes: HTHP infrared dyeing machine, glycerine bath dyeing machine, colour viewing booth, launderometer, auto lab dispensing system, etc. The Georids HTHP infrared dyeing machine is available in two models: fixed speed and variable speed with 12 or 16 beakers of 200 cc. The connected load of the infrared emitters is 2.25 kW for 12 beakers and 3.0 kW for 16 beakers, which is a substantial saving of up to 30% compared to other machines of similar capacity. The temperature is controlled with an accuracy of ±2°C. All the beakers have easy opening lids and the lids of every beaker is provided with a chemical dosing nipple for fast and accurate injection of chemical solution without the need for opening the lids for chemical addition. An imported syringe is provided for reliable and consistent chemical addition. An imported PT100 sensor inside one of the beakers enables accurate measurement of the actual temperature of the contents inside the beaker. The machine body is made of stainless steel AISI 304 grade and beakers are made of stainless steel AISI 316 of reliable quality for longer and reliable performance. The machine has been powder coated for a pleasant appearance.
