The GSSM-100 has been developed to provide expert sizing to all spun yarns. eXpert Winder Remote Comb The GSSM-100 eXpert Sizer provides easy access to the operator for all functions. The eXpert Winder Remote Comb provides the operator with unparalleled access to the comb and delivery roll. All operator functions can be carried out from the platform situated between the comb stand and the delivery roll. From the platform, the beam selvages are in perfect view for easy adjustment. The comb is at a natural height.For selvedge control, the beam oscillates, eliminating the common end-rolling problem with comb oscillation. All functions are carried out from the operator control platform except beam insertion and removal, which occurs from the front. The control systems touch screen is located for easy access from the platform.

EXpert Squeezer: It provides gently yarn handling with improved accessibility. The horizontal three-roll system promotes the perfect size pickup with just the right ratio of size penetration to encapsulation. The 2nd squeeze roll is a non-deflection type for uniform size pickup from side-centre-side. The vertical exit yarn sheet provides easy access to the operator and reduces yarn rolling. The Teflon-coated pan is easy to keep clean and features rounded corners to reduce size accumulation and debris pockets. The sealless design reduces maintenance and breakdowns. Continuous size circulation and filtration enhance equal sizing from start to finish. Yarn enters the eXpert Squeezer from the bottom guide roll to the dryfeed roll, over the top guide roll and into the nip pool of size for the first size application. The first squeeze roll applies a gentle squeeze for the initial size wet out. The yarn passes through the first nip point around the size roll and exits vertically at the second nip point. The second squeeze roll provides the final squeeze. Once the yarn enters the wet zone, it is never again exposed to room conditions. This reduces or eliminates hard size marks prevalent in conventional designs. The overflow weir keeps the size at a constant level.

GSSM-V CREEL: A two-rod tensioner with one fixed position and one moveable rod is used. Three position of the moveable rod provide an opening, running, and stopping position. The stop position provides soft braking action of the yarn during stop and starts to prevent loosening of the yarn during acceleration and deceleration. The running position provides just enough yarn contact for the proper tension and is adjusted for yarn path length in order to equalise tension throughout the creel. The user benefits from low threads stress, and low and uniform tension without snarling.
