Computerised Single Needle Quilting Machine with twin heads from Sterling Nonwovens (P) Ltd is available in 2 models BST 6 and BST 6.2. The work efficiency doubles with twin head option on BST 6.2. The unique machine is with a camera and can be controlled with the help of a Joystick. Sterling BST is completely computer controlled quilting system with memory back up in case of power failure and capable of sewing any conceivable quilting pattern.

BST is the most cost effective, low maintenance and feature rich, precision engineered quilting machine available, employing heavy-duty belts & steel structure, using Servomotors, which enables precise pattern/sewing control. It is equipped with a pair of adjustable aluminum frames capable of racking through twin-king size comforters including ergonomically designed clamps. With colours monitor, the information of current job can be shown graphically and status messages facility is also available ( eg, Stitch number, coordinate value, working speed, reason for stoppage of the machines, total output, etc). Memory backs up comes handy in case of power failure. BST quilting machine is capable of retreating quilting for automatic mending and also can enlarge the pattern in 1cm steps. Upper threads breakage detection systems help to stop the machine automatically. More than 200 patterns can be stored in the computer, and also read from USB and Floppy drive.
