Bottom Rollers for Ring Frames & Speed Frames

Its flutes are straight, alternate RH & LH helical or knurled, rolled on high precision profile rolling machine. In heat treatment, the hardening is done on highly sophisticated high frequency induction heater to 60 + 2 HRC & case hardened to case depth up to 1.5 mm.

The company offers to manufacture bottom rollers for any indigenous old or new machine as per sample or drawing. In bottom roller diameter, it can make as small as 25 mm Ø to 40 mm Ø. In surface finish, duly hard chrome platting or blackodised finish up to 15 microns is given to effect high resistance to wear and long service life. The application is for cotton & worsted ring frame and speed frame. The individual bottom rollers are linked by a screwed coupling with respect to the overall assemble tolerance & runout is maintained within 0.05 mm.

The bottom rollers for drawing frame are suitable for L.R. DO2/5, DO/6, RSB, VOUK, HOWA, Padmatext, DFK-2CD, V S MARZOLI. The flutes are helical or straight. The surface finish is duly hard chrome platting up to 15 microns.

The bottom rollers are hardened on highly sophisticated high frequency induction heater equipped with programmable logic controlled scanner, which result in: Exact heat location to avoid bending while job is rotated for uniform hardening; Desirable case depth at different section; Fine grain micro structure; Infinite length can be hardened; Heating & quenching is done in one sequence; Reducing stresses; High production rate with great consistency; Avoid breakage in case of uneven loading or misalignment, as core is soft but tough.
