Automated Wrap Reel

Systems & Controls offers micro controller based motorized and hand operated automated wrap reel. It is an essential instrument in textile industry. It prepares hanks of yarn, which are weighed on weighing balance for count determination, and then tested in tensile tester for lea strength measurement. This instrument is a motorised/hand driven unit with 5 frames. Five operational modes are available in this instrument. The motor stops automatically after winding 120 yards of yarn, i.e., after winding 80 loops of 1.5 yards length each in mode 1. In mode 2, it stops automatically after winding 90 metres of yarns and in mode 3, it stops after 100 metres. Also manual stop after desired length in yards or metres is available in mode 4 and mode 5 respectively. The operational mode with appropriate unit is displayed on 16 character alphanumeric LCD display.
