Automated Wrap Reel

Automated Wrap Reel is a motorized unit for winding desired length of the yarn required for evaluation of count, denier or Tex. Similarly this instrument is used for preparation of lea of the yarn either in yards or in meters for lea strength tester. This instrument utilizes latest micro controller based circuitry for control of the AC motor for the winding the yarn in a desired mode. The machine stops automatically with a beep sound after winding the desired length of yarn and is simultaneously displayed on Digital display. This is very useful instrument in textile testing application.
