Arcotech Ltd, established in 1981, specialises in Stamped Sheet Metal Components. The company is a globally recognised manufacturer of non-ferrous metal semis and has the largest capacity in India of 30,000 MTPA to manufacture copper and copper alloy coils, sheets, foils, strips, plates, bus bars, ingots/billets, components, terminals and connectors. It offers a wide range of stamped sheet metal components including custom components as per customer requirements. It has imported high speed stamping presses ranging from 20 MT to 100 MT from companies like Schuler, Micron, Len and Yamada. The company has expertise in manufacturing of stamped sheet metal components like automotive and electrical terminals, low voltage switchgear and fuse gear parts, lighting components, electrical switches, etc. With unique combination of 3M – man, machine and material – it ensures achievement of all general and specific customer demands. The company has an integrated manufacturing plant with a highly skilled team of engineers and workers. The modern and integrated set-up has facility from melting, casting to produce wide range of flats, strips and ultra fine foils ranging from 0.035 mm – 12 mm in thickness and from 4 mm to 406 mm in width with precise tolerances. A state-of-the-art R&D centre and tool room has been set up for designing and prototyping tools and components for stamped products.
