Jain Metal Components (P) Ltd, an ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485 certified company, offers wide range of components manufactured from Stainless Steel Tubes and Solid Wires from AISI 303, 304 and 316 materials. To facilitate instrumentation industries, the company offers stainless steel tube Designer Kits featuring type SS 304 tubing cut to 12” length with finished ends. These kits are created as practical tool assisting researchers, engineers and technicians in developing and evaluating new product ideas and procedures. Each kit contains an assortment of similar sizes to provide an extensive range of testing options. Each kit contains 2 pieces per gauge and is labeled with gauge size. The kits are available in regular wall and thin wall tubing and are available in sizes from 6G to 10G, 11G to 15G, 16G to 20G, 21G to 25G. Other sizes are also available on request. The company also manufactures solid style wires from SS 304 bare product, bright finish, hard drawn passivated and in straightened condition. Most of these sizes fit out the SS tubing as indicated in the table of designer kit. The company is equipped with semi-automatic bending machines and supplying these tubes in angular and bend form without disrupting the flow of liquid. It also has facilities of semi-automatic tube bending, silver brazing, swaging, micro-drilling, bevel grinding, passivation, chambering, deburring, electro-polishing, glass bead blasting, etc., The Company also offers Fasteners, etc.
