The design centre boasts of the latest versions of Auto-CAD software, Fabriwin 5.2 software, built-in off line programming software on TPP and PB that can give shape to exact requirements. It is complemented with over 350 types of world class air blow systems - oil mist toolings from `MATE', that can handle 95% of job demands; and in case, if a special tool is required it could be developed in a week's time. For punching on metal sheets, the versatile AMADA-Vipros 255 is in place. Higher accuracy, auto tool lubrication, high quality forming, intelligent RAM, Fanuc 18P controller, online and offline programming are some of its features. A Godrej-Cybelec takes care of bending requirements. Brimmed with CAD and 3D facilities, colour graphics screen, five axes controls and simulation on screen, online & off line programming ensures every single job executed with perfection. All anchored by microprocessor controlled press type spot welding, CO2/MIG welding, arc welding and NC hydraulic guillotine shearing machines stocked with extraordinary features and commendable material handling system.
