Chinmay Precision Works Pvt Ltd manufactures a wide range of Precision CNC Turned Components as per the specifications of customers. The company uses various metals to process manufacture these components, viz., mild steel, carbon steel and stainless steel of various grades and other metals such as brass, monel, inconel, and various grades of copper and aluminium. The process sequence and the process layouts are made after a lot of thought process thus helping to achieve various close requirements and giving dimensional and geometrical accuracies. These components are manufactured on very high precision CNC machines and regular quality checks are carried out at proper intervals to keep the parts well within the tolerance bands. These precision components are inspected on sampling basis on CMM (Co-ordinate measuring machine) thus eliminating the element of human error. The company also offers precision milled components, stainless steel turnbuckles, etc.
