Chinmay Precision Works Pvt Ltd manufactures a wide range of Precision Milled Components that have been operated by CNC milling machines. 3-axis and 4-axis VMC machines are used to perform these high precision operations. Work holding and manufacturing is done very carefully taking into considerations various locking forces so that the resultant job is free of residual stresses and warpage does not creep into the finish components. Various fixtures are designed to aid the production and thus reducing the setting time and cost of the component. Various ferrous, non-ferrous and exotic materials are used in production of these highly precise CNC milled components. Final inspection is done on a CMM for giving highly accurate components to customers.
