Beehive Foundry Engineering Works offers Metal Roofing Sheets, Beehive 32/ 200. This is pre-coated metal roofing sheet. These are configured and profiled in a state-of-the-art mechanised system adopting a comprehensive quality control process to ensure sheets with: aesthetic excellence; functional fidelity; scratch proof surface with corrosion resistance; protection against ingress of water with 30 mm side laps; superior flexural strength from intermediate stiffening ribs; and optimum cover width. Application: Beehive 32/200 profiled metal sheets are designed for roofing, cladding, and liner applications in any environment; material - bare and colour coated Galvalume coils, conforming to AZ 150 and G550; bare and colour coated GI with Z 120 - Z 275, conforming to G345; and colour coating - polyester or PVDF to RAL standard colours. Specification: thickness (TCT) - 0.40 mm to 0.90 mm; crest depth - 32 mm; profile pitch - 200 mm; cover width - 1000 mm; length - any length up to 12 m; thickness of colour coated film layer (exposed side) - 20 to 25 microns; and thickness of protective primer layer (inner side) - 5 to 7 microns.
