Integra Automation Pvt Ltd offers a range of Machined Parts, made from cast iron, SG iron, steel casting, stainless steel casting, aluminium-sand/gravity die casting and bar turned components and from various type of steel plates. The company also undertakes machining job work of automobile components like wheel drum, fly wheel, clutch plates, brake parts and valve body and printing machinery, tractor, locomotive, subassemblies, pump and other engineering parts. Integra Automation offers one-stop-solution for all engineering needs from casting to machining and assembly. Melting: 2250 kW 1500 kg tritrack induction furnace; 4 tonnes of liquid metal per hour; ductile iron treatment facilities; monorail pouring facilities. Moulding: Koyo SM 50V high pressure moulding line (400 x 500 x 80-320 mm); Arpa 300 SJS moulding line (520 x 520 x 150/150 mm); Arpa 450 SJS moulding line (650 x 700 x 250/250 mm); Sand preparation: 40 TPH sand mixer from Disa; 30 TPH sand cooler from Kuttner Germany. Quality assurance: spectrometer ARL 3460-19 elements; UTM, hardness testing and other mechanical testing facilities; fully equipped sand testing facility. Design and engineering: design thru CAD and modelling software; simulation of casting using Autocast X software; proto typing; shortest development leadtime. The company supplies castings, machined components and subassemblies to automotive, engineering, power generation, tractor, locomotive, printing machinery, valves, pump and other engineering industries in India and abroad. Its machine shops are TS 16949 certified.
