Tolerance may require:
General tolerance ±0.05mm
For specific operation can be achieved within 40 micron band. For Grinding operation can be achieved within 10 micron band.

Surface Finish:
Acid washed, Nickel, Chromium, Tin, Zinc, Silver, Brass, Copper etc, with maintaining required thickness and to sustained for required hours for salt spray test.
