Carclo Technical Plastics offers TIR Optics, the great all-rounder, high efficient, robust, used as windows, for all kinds of applications. This is available in following sizes: 10 mm, small TIR optic family (including triple and quad) to support small size power LEDs to give medium; wide and elliptical beam angles 20 mm, most used and high efficient TIR optic for small to medium size power LEDs from narrow to wide and elliptical beam angles 26.mm; bigger TIR optic to support from small to bigger size power LEDs from very narrow to wide and elliptical angles, also good RGB mixing of RGB or RGBW LEDs; 30 mm, new TIR optic range to support from small to very large sized power LEDs for very narrow to wide beam angles (elliptical coming soon), very good for colour mixing of RGB and RGWB LEDs; strip, high efficiency continuous strip optic for under kitchen board lighting, wall washer, good for colour mixing, fridge lighting, etc; and bubble, wide area illumination 90°-180° beam angle even within 10% variance, used for parking, streetlight, emergency lighting domestic lighting, etc. The dynamic design behind this particular innovative product, embraces an advanced transform lens design combined with frosted optic technology to effectively minimise any chip-image or colour-separation effects, along with high optical efficiency.
