Metal Binder

Binder is a device to hold together multiple sheets of paper punched in holes and be able to remove one without removing the whole stack. The binders are designed better to last, inspire and do better in the world and the work place. The Manorama Metal Binders offers compact, convenient and stylish paper filing system.

Manorama Metal Binder has unique lock / unlock mechanism which helps to read like a book, remove and put paper at ease from any position in the binder and close like a book. It consist of carefully designed metal spine and lock mechanism in mild steel. The covers are made of PP plastic. The metal components are rust free and coated with polyurethane coatings.

Manorama Metal Binder is designed to incorporate miscellaneous hole position requirement. The centres of four/two-hole are mechanism specific and are +_0.5 mm for each type of binder mechanism and have a distance of 12+_1 mm to the nearest edge of the paper. The holes are located symmetrically in relation to the axis of the sheet or document.

Manorama Metal Binder comes in four standard colours comprising of Metallic Red, Metallic Blue, Metallic Black and Metallic Silver, all in glossy finishes. The covers are PP plastic moulded in Black or White frosty finish. Corporates/Individuals having large requirements may select colours of their preference. Metal spine / lock mechanism / covers can be coated in P.U. coatings in desired shades and in combination. The lable holder can have lables with the client's logo printed and covers too can be imprinted with the client's graphics.

The company also offers Paper Punches. Standard paper punches present in the market are at discounted rates. Swedish type paper punches are also manufactured. The other unique four-hole punching machine comes with inner two-hole of 9 mm dia helps to use simultaneously both Swedish 21 - 70 - 21 and 21 - 80 - 21. The other unique Punching machine is the two-hole paper punch of 9 mm dia. This 9mm dia hole allows incorporation of four-hole mechanism in two hole.

Manorama Metal Binders are available based on mechanism in following formats:

• Swedish Four Hole 21-70-21: The 2 pins in the right are 70 mm apart and the 2 pins in the left are 112 mm apart.
• Four Hole Extension (888) 80-80-80: The 2 pins in the right are 80 mm apart and the 2 pins in the left are 240 mm apart.
• Four Hole Extension ISO838 21-80-21: The 2 pins in the right are 80 mm apart and the 2 pins in the left are 112 mm apart.
• American Three Hole 108-108-108: The 2 pins in the right are 216 mm apart and 1 pin on the left is at the centre.
• Hybrid Two Hole 80-70: The 2 pin in the right is at 70 mm apart and 2 pins in the left are 80 mm apart.
• Lever Arc Mechanism/ Ring Mechanism: The lever arc mechanism/ring mechanism with pins standard 80 mm apart can be incorporated with ease. The height is 50 mm for the pins. 
• Punching Machines: Standard Punching Machines of Kangaroo make is available at discounted rates. Specialised Punching Machines are also manufactured.
