Kabeera standard half page folder is heavy-duty design based on 2:1 principle capable to produce tabloid/broadsheet newspaper up to speed of 16,000 copies per hour. Main drive of folder is through a heavy-duty timer belt and can handle up to five webs for producing up to 20 pages of broadsheet newspaper. It has provision of attachment of quarter page and 1/8th folder applicable for books and magazine printing. Specifications: cut-off size – 508, 546, 560 and 578 mm; speed – available in 16,000 copies per hour; cylinders – two cylinders concept consisting of cutting cylinder and jaw cylinder; lubrication – automatic centralised; attachment – provision to attach quarter and 1/8th folder; and counter – electronic counter.
