Zinc & Aluminium Shot Ends

Die Cast Press offers Zinc & Aluminium Shot Ends. These are easily installed and also retrofitted to the existing machine for better performance, faster response times and new technology. It is nitrogen gas driven from an additional bottle with integrated cartridge valve and a direct-coupled piston accumulator. These Shot Ends include a 4:1 multiplier that is driven by an independent piston accumulator and is directly coupled to the end of the multiplier cylinder, with an auto accumulator unloading. These are having super response time, excellent transitions in all phases from 6"-250" per second with consistency and repeatability. Diagonal ramping capabilities through acceleration speed changes (higher velocity is available for magnesium) and unsurpassed consistence in low impact phase are also offered.
