Wire Nail Making Machines, Automatic High Speed

Singhs Industries, offers automatic high speed wire nail making machines in various models. The main frame of the machine, levers and components are manufactured from high quality cast iron and steel and are designed with high safety factor. The operating mechanisms are mounted on two auxiliary shafts thus eliminating long cutter levers. The cutter slides move in substantial guides and are driven directly by eccentric cranks. This avoids all detrimental impacts of the cutter against each other and reduces cutter wear. The crank shaft is carried on four bearings ensuring smooth ruining of the machine. The feeding mechanism is operated by crank drive which reduces feeding speed. A screw controls the length of intake. The intake cutter is raised mechanically during back stroke so that its wear is reduced considerably. An ejector fitted with the punch ensures that the nails are ejected at the right moment, avoiding bending of nails. The polishing drum is made from steel fabricated angles and thick sheets. It operates on 2 HP electric motor, revolves at 40 to 45 RPM and has a capacity of 200 kg. The grinding machine is fitted with four grinding wheels of different shapes and special attachments to sharpen and grinding the dies and cutters of the machine. One 2800 RPM motor is fitted in it.
