Wire nail making machines from Rajkot-based National Wire Products have computer designed and precision manufactured CAM along with balanced critical part resulting in low vibration and reduced noise level. A set of 5x5 bearings in horizontal and vertical planes for better straightening of input wire is provided. Automatic centralised periodic lubrication system with pressure and oil level sensing ensures long trouble-free operation. The two models available are UR-3 and UR-3.5.
