Mechelonic Engineers offers a Welding Machine. This is a grating welding machine. This machine is used for the manufacture of grating as per international standards. Resistance welding technique is used with hydraulic press for electro forging, PLC and CMOS IC based weld controllers for high production and consistent quality of gratings. Machine capability: cross bar size (mm): 4 to 6 (square, round and twisted); bearing bar size (mm): 2 x 20 to 5 x 50; grating size (mm): 1000 x 6000; productivity: approx. 3 minutes for 6000 mm gratings; welding force (MT): 120 and nominal (kVA): 1800 @ 50% duty cycle.
