Wear Plates

Tecknoweld Alloys offers Wear Plates. These wear plates of 30000 sq.m are in different sizes, shapes and forms. The testing laboratory boasts of equipment like atomic absorption spectrometer, image analyser, abrasion and erosion test rigs as per ASTM G 65 and G 76 to ensure that properties of wear plates produced are as designed. These plates are cut by a CNC air plasma cutting process to required sizes and fabricated to different forms and shapes in a fully equipped fabrication section. These plates are cold rolled to a minimum diameter of 125 mm. These are easy to install and are welded (plug/stud/stitch) or bolted through countersunk holes. The product range includes wear plates in power stations - ash discharge chutes; wear liners for hoppers and chutes; wear plates in cement industry - guide vanes; mill body liners; discharge chutes; wear plates in steel and mining - chutes; hoppers; wear liners; wear plates in other industries - pan mixer for RMS; various shapes and sizes; hardened pipe bends.
