VORTEX FLOWMETER

Inconel offers a compact and reliable Vortex Flow Meter. The instrument is used to measure accurate flow of liquid, steam and gas. These patented meters come in wafer and insertion style from 1 to 108" for liquid gas, steam flow measurement. These meter, without any rotating part, are superior alternative to orifice, positive displacement, turbine and many other meters. Advantages include remote mounting of indicator and totaliser, high accuracy, low pressure losses and suitable for unidirectional flow measurement. Rugged construction can withstand severe operating conditions like high pressure up to 140 kg/cm°, and temperature up to 420°C. The complete SS construction ensures uncontaminated and corrosion free flow measurement. The wafer styled meter offers very low pressure loss and the insertion meters offers negligible loss, so as there is 30 to 100% saving on extra pumping power on fixing this flowmeter. The instrument is totally free of moving parts thus ensuring reliability and many years of trouble free services and available in 2- and 3-wire transmitter version with weather proof, submersion proof (IP68) and flame proof housing. The meters are being used for pump testing, feed water and process fluid flow measurement, efficiency calculation.
