In India the company has a manufacturing facility at Bangalore where it manufactures for both domestic and export orders. The anti vibration mounts consist of a spring and a damper combination which can eliminate the vibrations transmitted to the ground, by almost 80%. A spring supported hammer will: reduce the vibrations in the ground by up to 80%; require the foundation pit to support mainly the weight of the machine, with the impact load up to 80% being absorbed by the spring support system; ensure no settlement of foundation and consequent tilting of hammer; require a foundation pit with much less depth and thus less ground water problem; and allow locating CNC machines and offices in the vicinity.
