Integrated Drive Systems offers an electro mechanical vertical reciprocator which is used for smooth movement of guns for application of liquid paint or powder coating at various speeds and stroke length to suit conveyor and jig height respectively. The unit is also available in horizontal construction for forward and reverse movement of guns. The objective of the system is to achieve uniform spraying of powder or paint on moving objects by precise and smooth up and down or reverse and forward, movement of guns at various speeds. The stroke length and speed can be precisely maintained for increased production and quality coating. Exact stroke length adjustment reduces paint/powder wastage. It is provided with adjustable chain tensioner for smooth running. Electronically controlled smooth reversing reduces gun vibration. The company also offers optically, smart controls for paint line automation.
