Spraying Systems Co, USA, offers variable spray air atomising nozzles which provide the solution for maintaining even coating, moisturizing or mixing when spraying viscous liquids. Other than the lines for atomising air and liquid flow, VAU nozzles also have provision for fan air supply which can be used to regulate the spray pattern and coverage without affecting the drop size or flow rate. This results in accurate and uniform spray distribution ideal for tablet coating operations. VAU autojet nozzles include a second liquid inlet/outlet port that can be used as an outlet in recirculation systems especially helpful when spraying viscous or heated liquids. A built-in orifice clean-out needle is activated between every on/off cycle removing the clogging matter.
