Variable pitch worm

Variable pitch worm or the in-feed worm, used primarily in pharmaceutical, beverages, packaging and labelling industries, are used to handle round or shaped components/containers/bottles. The worm has been designed considering the velocity, acceleration and jerk at the entry, exit and in-between the worm. This ensures smooth, high speed (up to 21,000 deliveries/hr), and trouble free operation. The manufacturing is done on a specially designed hi-tech machine by generation method so that the component does not have any problem while in operation. The worm can be made of materials like industrial plastics, SS, brass, aluminium etc. as per the requirement to be used in any work environment.
