UV Flood Systems

Raw Tech Engineers offers UV Flood System. This is designed for use in a wide range of bonding, potting, tracking and sealing applications. Because of its reliability and simplicity, it is well suited for most production operations. Technical features: contain 304 mm 8 watt ultra violet tube (5 or 10 tube combination); typical curing area 460 x 300 mm; it is very easy to replace tube because of easy assembly; operating voltage 220 V AC; reflector and tray is made of stainless steel; adjustable time range - 0.1 sec to 60 minute; dimensions - L 380 x W 480 x H 170 mm; and weight - 9.7 kg. Theory of operation: the operator places bonded assembly into tray and places into cure area and adjusts timer as per required time to cure and on the main switch. When the batch time is over, UV light will switch off itself and gives sound signal.
