Electronics & Automation Systems offers Universal indicator-cum-controller. The Model UC 96 is a versatile and useful instrument. The controller accepts J, K, R, S type thermocouple, Pt-100 RTD, 1-5 DC/4-20 mA and 0-5 V DC/0-20 mA inputs. The unit is provided with two set point with individual relay output as standard for control application. The display is 4-digit, 7-segment LED. The size of digit is 0.56". Two red colour LEDs are provided for displaying alarm status. Each set point has individual programmable hysterisis setting 0-100 and the set point types are configurable to energize relay below or above set point. The linearisation for the thermocouples/RTD are done by the micro controller, hence a high degree of accuracy. Pass ward protection against unauthorised data change. For mA and voltage inputs accuracy is ?0.1% of FS, ?1 count and for thermocouple and RTD inputs accuracy is ?0.25% of FS, ?1 count. It operates on 110/230 V AC and is housed in ABS plastic enclosures in 96 x 96 x 150 mm size. This model is highly versatile and used in all the industries like cement, chemicals, fertilizers, steel, sugar, power and other related industries.
