Universal Bending Machines

BPR Curvatrici offers Universal Bending Machines, BA35. These are 3-roll universal section-bending machine with computerised numeric control (CNC). The machines are designed to bend all type of profiles, such as square and round tube of pipe, flat bar, round and square bar, angle iron, ?T? and ?C? sections and special shapes in all material types. These can be operated manually or automatically and have been designed for bending average size sections. The machines are controlled electronically by an industrial computer (PC), by a (32 bit) modular board PLC system for control of the axis A1-A2 and by a control panel for interface with the operator. The CNC system allows any type of bend to be made, either through the use of a computer graphics program or by letting the machine memorise the trajectory directly using the automatic learning function. The mirror cycle allows pre-stored programs to be repeated using an automatic reflection system. A special kinematic device drives rollers on the rear of the support structure, which is driven by a self-braking coaxial ratio motor.
