ULTRASONIC PLASTIC WELDERS

National Indosonic offers Ultrasonic Plastic Welders. It is very fast, reliable, easy and useful for various applications like automotive parts, stationery and gift hampers, engineering, communication, electrical, white goods and surgical. It is mainly used for the welding of thermoplastic resins of all types and shapes in a great range of industries. It converts 50 Hz electric input to 20/ 40 kHz electric energy, which transforms this electrical energy into mechanical vibratory energy. This vibratory energy is delivered to the work piece through an acoustic tool/ horn to generate localized heat under pressure. Specialised custom build tools: Aluminium and titanium alloy horns precisely tuned to transmit ultrasonic at high efficiency along with chrome plated or hard anodised to avoid oxide formation on the surface. The other products offered are ultrasonic liquid processor, label cutting machines, tube sealing machines, small plastic welding machines and generators.
