Two-wheeler lift - TWL-200

TWL-200 is a 'Scissor' type two-wheeler lift from Kuttukaran Machine Tools, Cochin, which requires for its accommodation considerably lesser space than the parallelogram type. The double acting hydraulic pump is pneumatically operated and is activated by a foot pedal. As the lift travels up, the safety latch automatically engages, preventing accidental lowering. While lowering, the safety latch is automatically released, thus avoiding inconvenience to the operator. Minimum table height ensures easy mounting of the two-wheeler lift. A single pin does the front wheel locking, which is quick and can be chained to avoid misplacements. The locking device is pivoted and is very convenient while adjusting the front forks. A screw type vice, foot-operated pump and a screw jack with holder are optional accessories.
