TWO POINT CRANK LESS PRESSES

Sarb Presses offer Two Point Crank Less Presses. These are heavy duty steel plate fabricated double sided double column, two point suspension, four piece construction fixed stroke 100 tonnes to 1500 tonnes power presses with pneumatic friction clutch and mechanical interlocked brake unit complete with lubrication system. The main slide is of rugged construction and runs in hand scraped guides. Alternately, sheet of phosphorus bronze is used. The other products offered are power press, shearing machine, press brake, deep draw double action presses and crank presses. A 1000 tonne crank less two point press is under manufacturing process with bed size 2000 -x 3700m m and ram size 1800 x 3600 mm, fixed stroke 500 mm with moving bolster and die cushion.
