Beijing Sunwealth Technology offers Two-Color Offset Presses, Jingyin 4702 sexto. These systems includes 16 pieces of ink rollers in each unit, 3 pieces of are ink forme rollers. This structure ensures the high-precision printing quality. These are available with cross fine adjustment of feed table, fine adjustment of feed side guide, radial fine adjustment of forme cylinder and axial fine adjustment of second unit and also available with centralized oil supply system and inch movement devices. These machines are able to perform two-color printing in one time operation, which increases efficiency of production, diminishes the cost of production, and embodies fully the character of short run quick printing. Features: hand shank in different positions to realize water feeding; ink feeding; control closing pressure of impression cylinder by electric eye, which make closing pressure more easily adjusted and more credible; lay mark and two-side roller-type wheel side mark structures to position; separate water feeding from ink feeding; adjust freely the volume of water and ink, supply the demand of different presswork for water and ink; electronic preset counter is used when the print is achieved, the machine will automatically stop feeding sheets; double sheet detector is used to control double sheet and multiple sheet, and automatically eliminate double sheet and multiple sheet in the state of not shutting down; two-revolution function is controlled by electronic set which ensure the thorough drying of special presswork and ink; powder sprayer makes dry spraying and printing is finished synchronously and prevent set-off.
