TWILIGHT SWITCHES

Binix Electrosystems offers Twilight Switches. It is also known as photo switch. It is an automatic switch, dependent on sunlight. It consists of a light sensor that continuously senses the intensity of sunlight and sends appropriate signal to the control circuit. It can be connected to the desired lamps at: communication towers, transmission towers, high rise buildings, parking/ corridor lights, streetlights, commercial premises, etc. At sunset, these lamps switch on automatically and are switched off at sunrise. This cycle continues without any manual attendance. Models with built-in lamp fault alarm are also available that provide lamp fault indication and remote alarm, in the event of lamp failure. This feature is very useful for the unmanned remote application areas.
