TURRET PUNCH PRESSES

Electronica Machine Tools offers Turret Punch Presses. The advanced software options are available which takes care of Auto Nesting, off line programming, touch screen interface, etc. It is "O" frame type hydraulic turret punch presses with 20-tool turret station. Out of 20 stations, 10 stations could be either multi tool or auto indexing tool stations thereby loading more than 100 to 140 tools. All machines are provided with standard 3 programmable sheet clamps can be punched without repositioning. It utilises 100% of the sheet without any scrap generation. The machine punching force is 23 tonnes and can punch maximum 8 mm sheet and take the sheet weight of 200 kg. It is provided with standard brush tables that prevents scratch marks and reduces noise level. Features: Up bending tools, tapping attachment, forming operations, etc. Models are available to choose from including the one with servo drive which consumes only 4 to 5 kW of power, TPP model with right angle shear, TPP model with laser machine, TPP model with bending cell and sheet handling by robots, auto sheet loading and unloading, etc.
