Sapsons Tube Expanders for boilers and heat exchangers are available in three or five rollers with adjustable thrust bearing collar. These condenser tube expanders withstand the toughest challenge in expanding heavy gauge tubes. Standard expanders are available for tube OD 1/4" (6.35 mm) to 3/8" (9.525 mm) in roller lengths of 3/4" (19.05 mm) and 1.14" (31.75 mm) and for tube OD 1/2" onwards in roller lengths of 1.1/2" (38.1 mm) and 2.1/4" (51.75 mm) with an expansion length from 3/4" up to 12.3/4" (323.6 mm). Sapsons boiler tube expanders come in different series, such as 3 plain rollers, 3 flare rollers, 3 plain roller with thrust bearing, 3 flare and 3 plain roller, 4 rollers, 5 rollers, etc. All these boiler tube expanders provide the desired results that are cost effective, thereby making them popular with boiler erectors and sugar industries. These suit tubes of sizes ranging from 7/8" OD to 4 1/2" OD. A range of models is available to cover tube expansion lengths of 1/2" to 2.5/8", available with drum/header/short series mandrels, to suit specific applications. Tube expanders with special roller length as per customers; requirement, for any size and any application can also be made on request.
