True RMS DMM

Kusam Electrical Industries Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, has introduced a new high performance bench type True RMS DMM, Model KM 8045. This is a 4½ digit multimeter with max display 19999 counts and liquid crystal display. The basic accuracy is ±0.05%. It can be used to measure DC and AC voltage. DC and AC current, resistance, capacitance, Hz, hFE, diodes and continuity. The max voltage measurement is up to 1000 V DC or AC peak value, resolution is 10 mV, and current measurement is up to 20 A. Its sampling rate is 3 samples/sec. This also has the function of polarity auto-change, backlight display along with data hold. It has overload protection in all ranges. Its input impedance is 10 MW. AC measurement is performed by high accuracy true RMS function, which has the feature of width measuring and to get accurate RMS for AC flow of any wave shape. Ranges: DC voltage range is 200 mV/2 V/20 V/200 V/1000 V and accuracy is ± (0.05% reading + 3 digits); AC voltage range is 200 mV/ 2 V/20 V/200 V/750 V and accuracy is ± (0.8% reading + 80 digits); DC current range: 20 mA/200 mA/2 A/20 A and accuracy ± (0.35% reading +10 digits); AC current range – 200 mA/2 A/20 A and accuracy ± (0.8% reading +80); Resistance range – 200 W/2 kW/20 kW/200 kW/2 MW/20 MW and accuracy ± (0.1% reading + 5 digits); Frequency range – 20 kHz/200 kHz and accuracy ± (1.0% reading + 20 digits); AC frequency response is 40-50 kHz; Capacitance range – 20 nF/2 mF/200 mF and accuracy ± (3.5% reading + 20 digits); and the power is AC 220 V/110 V for 50 Hz/60 Hz.
