TRAY DRYER

Millennium Equipments offers Tray Dryer. It is used in pharmaceutical, food chemical, paint and textile industries. It is an electrical/ steam heated thermostatically controlled hot air oven fitted with time switch to facilitate working day and night. It is used for fast economical drying of granules, efferent salts and other materials. Features: Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space. Construction: the drying ovens are fabricated out of rigid SS frames with double walled SS panels insulated with rock wool slabs with a rigid door fitted with strong hinges and special lock arrangement. Control panel is fitted in front of the oven to facilitate easy operation. Air circulation: a highly effective re-circulating air system is provided by belt driven axial fan. The filtered air is heated and re-circulated with fresh air. Features: inner and outer chambers are made of SS 304/ 316; trays are made of SS 304/ 316 with curved edges and rounded corners; steam heating or electric heating; flameproof fitting and motor air filter at inlet; process timer; and digital temperature indicators and controller.
